PUPPIES

1. The Buyer agrees to provide the puppy with adequate food, fresh water at all times and be ceritain puppy has eaten sufficantly durring the day and night. Pups under 3 pounds must have access to an inside potty area when alone day or night and durring bad wheather. I use someting like the Potty Patch. Crate training should not begin until 6-9 months old (depending on size) when they can maintain glucose levels better. Buyer also agrees to offer shelter, affection, love, and medical care, including all necessary shots and medication recommended by the veterinarian. The Buyer shall provide the puppy/dog with humane care and maintain it in accordance with all current and future state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances where the Buyer resides.

2. The Buyer shall provide the puppy/dog with veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury, and shall take it to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual health examination and routine vaccinations. Also maintain a current Microchip registry.

3. To the best of breeder’s knowledge and belief, this puppy/dog is in good health at the time of sale. Breeder guarantees against congenital life threatening defects until the first birthdate of this puppy. No further health guarantee is made or implied. Buyer’s veterinarian has 48 hours to see this puppy/dog and examine stool sample from time of delivery. If at this time, Buyer’s veterinarian finds that this puppy/dog has a congenital defect that is life threatening and is unfit for purchase, Buyer MUST meet Breeder at the same meeting place where delivery occurred so Breeder can have this puppy/dog examined by a veterinarian of their choice. If Breeder’s veterinarian concurs with Buyer’s veterinarian, then Buyer has choice to either keep said puppy/dog or wait for a replacement puppy/dog from the next available litter. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL BREEDER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VETERINARY BILLS THAT THE BUYER HAS INCURRED. No monies will be refunded. This is a Puppy replacement guarantee only. Breeder has one year to provide a replacement puppy/dog of equal value. Any legal action must be handled in Hartford County, CT.

Buyer agrees Breeder is a home breeder. All dogs and pups are kept in Breeders home and not in a Kennel facility.

4. This guarantee does not cover minor conditions such as bite, luxating patella’s, hip dysphasia, hernias, open fontanels, collapsed trachea, pinched nostrils, tear staining, hypoglycemia, coccidia, giardia, any other parasites Parvo or Distemper DHPP

5. The Buyer agrees that the Breeder is in no way liable or responsible for any damage, accident or injury resulting for the dog.

6. This puppy/dog is sold as “Quality Pet”. Since puppies change, as they mature, Breeder cannot guarantee color, size or temperament after said puppy is in the care of the Buyer.

7. The buyer agrees that this puppy/dog will never be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. Should buyer decide they no longer want the puppy/dog they are to notify the breeder immediately.

8.Breeder is in compliance with all AKC regulations and any Champion Sired/Grand Sired puppy/dog is not guaranteed any future Champion Show Title’s. The Breeder does not imply or intend to imply any potential and/or prospect of show quality of any puppy. The intention to show a puppy/dog is sole responsibility of the buyer.

9. This contract is not transferable.

10. Special terms: Puppy/Dog is being sold with AKC registration unless otherwise stated

BUYER’S SIGNATURE indicates that the Buyer has received and discussed this contract with Breeder and is in full agreement to its terms and conditions. Should the Buyer be unable or unwilling to fulfill any of the above provisions, the Buyer agrees to return the puppy/dog to the Breeder at the Breeder's request. Should the Buyer refuse to return the puppy/dog, the Buyer hereby authorizes the Breeder to pick up and remove the puppy/dog from the Buyer's control. The buyer agrees to pay the Breeder and all expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees in enforcing the terms and provisions of the Contract.

THIS IS MY CONTRACT AND YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN OFF ON IT BEFORE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP IS COMPLETE. CONTRACT BELOW HAS BEEN REVISED AS SOME OWNERS ARE NOT AWARE OF THE INTENSE CARE NEEDED FOR SUCH YOUNG AND SMALL PUPPIES. IF YOU CAN NOT OR WILL NOT FOLLOW THESE PUPPY CARE RULES TINY BABIES MAY NOT FOR YOU.
